b T he applicant is a natural person, are required to submit the following materials:
1 the notice of the trademark registration certificate "; Have not received the notice of the trademark registration certificate ", the applicant should provide the trademark registration number and public announcement period;
2 the applicant ID card and copy (original than the return after);
3 entrust others to get, the applicant shall submit a copy of id card and, a power of attorney and get the id of the person that and copy (original than the return after);
4 trademarks already dealt with transfer, the transfer shall be submitted to the trademark office approved trademark proof.
Special note: the registered trade mark is valid for 10 years. The expiration of a registered trademark, the need to continue to use, it shall, within six months before the expiration of application for renewal of registration.
